About me
I'm not a computer scientist, tech bro, or BCG consultant.
I come from a family of entrepreneurs. Children's clothing stores on one side, corporate office furniture on the other. Nothing sexy about stocking shelves or relocating an office building full of insurance brokers. These businesses are essential to daily life. And there are surprisingly good margins in some of them.
I started using ChatGPT when it first gained traction and became the office evangelist for AI. That's now formalized as Director of AI Enablement at Unisource Solutions.
I completed MIT's AI for Business Strategy course, but I've learned much more through trial, error, iteration, and repetition. Using LLMs is as much art as science. Daily use has given me a feel for what works today, what's coming soon enough to matter, and what's worth investing in, and what's not.
Many are still struggling to find where AI fits in their workflows. There are clear wins, clear pitfalls, and a large grey area in the middle. I work in that grey area every day, uncovering value for our organization.
